PRP is made from your own blood and contains concentrated platelets. Exosomes are tiny vesicles that cells release, carrying proteins and RNA. Stem cells can divide and mature into specialized cells. They are different materials with different evidence and different regulatory status. Next Health lists PRP therapy as a separate service.
